Shipping Policy
We ship our orders with UPS, FedEx, Nova Post or other reliable international carriers.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery notification by email with your tracking number.
Please note that each dress is handmade after the order is placed. Our usual production time is 3–5 business days.
Estimated timeline:
- Production time: 3–5 business days
- Shipping time: usually 10–12 business days
- Total estimated time: usually 15–17 business days after the order is placed
Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
For bulk orders, production time may be longer. If you need your dress by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will check the production and delivery timeline and let you know whether delivery by your date is possible.
Urgent Delivery from Our US Warehouse
Some ready-to-ship dresses may be available from our US warehouse with estimated delivery within 2–4 days.
This option depends on current stock, available colors, sizes, train lengths, and the delivery address.
If you need your dress urgently, please contact us before placing your order. We will check the available items and confirm whether fast delivery is possible for your date.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, or other charges required by the destination country or carrier.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities or carriers in the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility, unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, in the product listing, shipping method, or order confirmation.
For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us, so customers in the United States do not pay import charges upon delivery. Please note that this does not apply to Puerto Rico. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other import-related charges upon delivery, and these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Unless duties and taxes are clearly marked as included, orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis. This means that import charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout.
The buyer is responsible for paying any required import charges in time so the package can clear customs and be delivered.
If the buyer refuses delivery, does not pay required import charges, or causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, we are not responsible for refunding the product price, shipping cost, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs related to the order.
We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, penalties, customs holds, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities, carriers, or government agencies in the destination country.
