Due to our custom styling, we offer a total of over 20 colors to choose from and sew to your provided measurements, so items are non-returnable. Please note that even if you order a standard size, we will still sew the dress to the color and fabric of your choice, so it's custom tailoring too. We cannot sell the item again as it is completely sewn to your measurements and wishes (color, length, etc). All garments are handmade after receiving your order, so everything is considered custom made.

Yes, of course, if you receive a dress in the wrong color or it does not match your order we will do what we can to fix the issue. For example, you ordered a red dress and received a pink one. Or you ordered a dress length of 197-inches, but received a dress with a length of 138-inches. Please contact us and we will definitely solve this issue and you will receive the dress you ordered. If you made a mistake leaving the measurements in your order, or accidentally chose the wrong color that you needed, unfortunately, this kind of order cannot be returned. Therefore, it is extremely important before paying for the order - check the following data again: 

1. Color choice.

2. Length of the dress.

3. The measurements of your bust and waist.
