Shipping policy

The shipping usually takes 7-9 days. We ship all item with UPS and FedEx. After sending your order, you will receive a delivery notification to your e-mail with the track number. Please keep in mind that we need time to make your dress and this process takes 3-5 business days after the order is placed. So in totally all process (sewing + shipping) takes 10-13 days after the order is placed. If it is a bulk order, the processing time may be subject to change. If you need the dress by an exact date, please chat with us and we will respond to see if it is possible to get the dress to your desired date.
